We offer dining tables, benches, coffee tables, and accent tables to fit your space.
Because we are a two person operation, and we have other commitments we do not want to overextend ourselves. We take orders as we go, instead of having orders booked out months in advance, as we have done in the past. We typically have one to two orders going at a time, depending on work space available. A dining table takes more space to build than an end table. A coffee table will take less time than a dining table. We take all of this into consideration when telling you what lead time is, and how long a project will take to be completed. When we are getting close to finishing the current project(s), we will take the next order (s). When we have a full load we will again update the nest order date on the home page. Orders are first come, first serve. Subscribe to our email list to get updates on when the next ordering date will be before it hits the home page.
We consider each order custom. We can customize sizing, as well as stain. We can close in pieces like the Ashmore console tables to make media consoles. We also consider other designs as well. Some of our best designs have come from you. Please contact us for any questions about what you would like.
We have designed and built these style pieces for our home, and think we did a pretty good job. However, we do not offer built-in pieces onsite.
We have shipped furniture all over the country. We can offer shipping. At the moment, we would prefer local pick-up only. Shipping prices has drastically increased in the past few years. We do not package the furniture ourselves. We have each item professionally packaged. We have typically use FedEx in the past to deliver each piece to your address. Generally, the price for packaging and shipping the tables are well above the price of the table. Many times we have had customers save a lot of money renting a U-haul.
You can wipe with a damp cloth. Don't let water sit on the surface (use coasters). Do not use solvents. We have two active, crafty kids that have put our furniture to the test.
A note about wood: Humidity and various climates can have an affect on the wood. Wood moves. With drastic changes wood can move and crack. Don't allow large temperature or environment changes.
Short answer, no. We may possibly be able to get close, but we can never guarantee a match. The same stain can look differently on the same type of wood. It depends on how tight the grain of the wood is, the amount of sanding done to the pieces before stain is applied, and the moisture content of the wood. Please refer to the link sizes/stains/options at the bottom of the page.
We can do custom colors for either stains or bases. This can work a couple of different ways. You can provide the stain and/or paint, or we can buy the indicated color you desire, adding the cost to your piece. We cannot guarantee that this will match other pieces that you may have with the same colors.
We typically use Southern Pine. We have used other species as well. All pricing quotes will be based on Southern Pine, unless otherwise asked for. Hardwoods are generally quite a bit more expensive.
